Electrical Foreman

Location: Austin / Round Rock Area, TX

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong backlog of large-scale projects throughout the Austin/Round Rock area. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 or more electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate daily field activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Plan work assignments, manage manpower, and coordinate material and equipment needs.
• Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Experience leading crews on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more electricians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $85,000-$105,000+, based on experience.
