Job Description

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

The Construction Estimator is responsible for estimating, and closing the sale of projects for the commercial, industrial, and public works projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commercial construction estimating experience required
  • Ground-up project knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage all estimating tasks
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bids for projects
  • Collaborate with project management team to ensure seamless execution of awarded projects
  • Utilize estimating tools
  • Maintain strong relationships with the subcontractor community
