A Baltimore-based heavy construction company is seeking experienced pre-construction estimators of all levels, including leadership, to play a key role in driving the company's continued growth and success.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in structural steel, specialty contracting, commercial construction, or general contracting environments preferred. General contracting in the heavy construction industry experience will be considered.
• Strong blueprint reading and construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• For a leadership position, previous experience managing pre-construction is preferred.
