Construction Crew Leader / Working Foreman

Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, Crawlspace & Concrete Repair

Lux Foundation Solutions is hiring a Construction Crew Leader / Working Foreman to lead a small crew and complete residential foundation repair, waterproofing, crawlspace, concrete, and structural repair projects.

This is a working leadership role. You will lead from the front, run a company truck, keep your crew organized, and make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

We are looking for a steady, disciplined construction leader who takes ownership of the job, the truck, the tools, the crew, and the final result.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader / Working Foreman, you will:

• Lead a crew of 1-4 installers typical

• Operate and maintain a fully equipped company truck

• Read job scopes and execute the work correctly

• Complete foundation repair, waterproofing, crawlspace, concrete, drainage, and structural repair work

• Perform and supervise demolition, concrete work, masonry, prep work, and general construction tasks

• Keep the crew productive and organized throughout the day

• Train and guide crew members in the field

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and management

• Maintain daily photos, notes, and job progress updates

• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional

• Track tools, materials, and equipment

• Finish jobs with quality and pride

This is physical construction work. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in crawlspaces, work outdoors, and handle concrete, dirt, tools, and job site conditions.

• Masonry and demolition

Foundation repair experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right construction leader.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction experience

• Experience leading or helping lead a small crew

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation to report to the office daily

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and outdoor conditions

• Strong communication skills

• Proven history of reliability and responsibility

Compensation

This is a performance-based leadership role with strong earning potential.

Expected annual earning potential: $75,000-$120,000+

Compensation includes:

• Strong base pay based on experience

• Production-based bonus based on clean and timely project completion

• Paid training

• Holiday and vacation pay

• Health insurance contributions, if applicable
