Job Overview
Work with a small team of 1-3 laborers in completing all aspects of residential construction including but not limited to Framing, Roofing, Siding, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation, Drywall, Flooring, Trimwork.

Duties
- Remodeling homes around Canandaigua, Keuka, and Seneca lakes

- Following the direction of the project manager and doing your best to learn

- Working off of ladders, scaffolding, planks, and lifts at high elevations

- Cleaning the job site, maintaining tools.

- Lifting heavy objects - possibly 50-75lb

- Working in high heat/humidity and cold conditions

All power tools, ladders, etc will be provided, but you are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own standard hand tools (Specifically a tool belt, tape measure with 9’ standout, hammer, pencil, chalk box, utility knife, hand screw driver, and speed square).

Company shirts, hats, and a hoodie will be provided, but you are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own pants, boots, winter gear, etc.

Experience
Required:

- Previous experience in home remodeling or a related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the construction industry
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
