Job Title: Water Restoration Technician Pay Rate $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary Adecco is hiring Water Restoration Technicians for a growing restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation and cleanup services. This hands-on role involves responding to residential and commercial properties impacted by water damage, performing restoration work, and ensuring a safe and efficient recovery process.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to water damage and emergency restoration calls in a timely manner
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidifying, and moisture monitoring
- Set up and operate restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and extractors
- Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) as needed
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas
- Monitor and document drying progress using industry tools and software
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards (IICRC guidelines preferred)
- Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications & Requirements - High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications - IICRC certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician - WRT)
- Experience with restoration equipment and moisture detection tools
- Background in construction, demolition, or maintenance
Work Environment - Indoor and outdoor job sites, often in damaged or humid conditions
- Exposure to varying temperatures, moisture, odors, and debris
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
