The General Superintendent - Federal Construction will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal regulations. Description Plan, schedule, and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion. Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve construction issues effectively. Ensure compliance with federal construction regulations and safety requirements. Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
