Duties:

-Oversee project specific install staff to ensure projects are being completed with quality.

-Communicate with customer's site supervisor to address and correct hang-ups as they arise.

-Work alongside install team to complete projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Measure, cut, and install glass and other materials for windows, doors, and other structures.
- Remove broken or damaged glass and prepare the area for replacement
- Install weatherstripping and sealants to ensure proper insulation and prevent leaks
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install frames, sashes, and hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine the size, shape, and type of glass needed
- Repair or replace damaged glass in existing structures
- Perform trim carpentry tasks such as fitting moldings around windows and doors
- Caulk and seal joints to ensure a watertight and airtight seal

Experience:
- Previous experience as a glazier/glazier foreman.
- Familiarity with different types of glass, including safety glass and insulated glass units
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately to precise measurements

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
