Handyman

A person skilled in various odd jobs and other small tasks.

We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Handyman who is committed to quality work and customer service.  Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. The Handyman will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer.

The Handyman position will be assigned to a Craftsman to assist with the heavier pieces of the job, plus have the skill set to be able to do part of the project on their own. The Handyman should have their own vehicle. They will have a Craftsman to assist them in their growth and understanding of the trades and will continue to learn from those above them on the Career Path.

Must have a basic knowledge of all trades:

• Plumbing
• Painting
• Drywall Repair
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical

Proper Equipment:

Not having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Trouble Shooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable:

Clean-Cut appearance

Organized tools

• Looks around the property and communicates to the Craftsman and Customer the things we could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
• Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers expectations.
