Our client, a leading design-build real estate developer, is actively seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with at least 15 years of overall project management experience, showcasing a minimum of 10 years dedicated specifically to healthcare projects, including significant leadership in the design and preconstruction phases, and preferably in the inpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare initiatives, specializing in inpatient environments.
Design and Preconstruction: Utilize your extensive experience to guide and lead teams through the critical design and preconstruction phases, ensuring the successful execution of healthcare projects.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring project delivery aligns with their objectives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to facilitate seamless project execution.
Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee budgeting and scheduling processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for quality, ensuring healthcare projects meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 10 year experience but preferably 15 years of overall project management experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects.
Healthcare Expertise: At least 10 years of experience specifically in healthcare project management, with a focus on inpatient environments.
Leadership in Design/Preconstruction: Demonstrated success in leading the design and preconstruction phases of healthcare projects.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to drive project success.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to $175,000, commensurate with experience.
