Jim Hagen Concrete is looking to hire a motivated hands-on leader who can operate equipment while managing crews and overseeing field production.

Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee work involving:

Concrete foundations & flatwork
Drainage systems
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, grades, and specs
Layout and execute work according to plans and elevations
Supervise and direct field crew to maintain production and quality
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards
Maintain equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical functions, and have knowledge of safe navigation of machinery.
