Home Improvement Sales Specialist Rhode Island or New Jersey Job Type: Part-Time Field-Based On the Road Compensation: 15% Commission + $20/Hour Base Pay + Gas Reimbursement The Builders & Cleaners is hiring two separate Home Improvement Sales Specialists: One position for Rhode Island One position for New Jersey Each Sales Specialist will work and travel only within their assigned state. You must have your own reliable vehicle. About the Role Are you confident meeting homeowners in person, building trust, and helping clients make smart decisions about their homes? We are looking for motivated Sales Specialists with experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, estimating, project management, or a related field. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to understand their needs, explain practical home improvement solutions, answer questions, and help them move forward with the right services. No cold calling is required. We provide the leads.
