GLS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
• Utilize Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and project documentation.
• Lead field personnel and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure, civil, or site development projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and estimating software.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Civil 3D and heavy civil construction preferred.
