About the Company:

About the Position:

The Development Director will lead and manage Light Industrial projects nationwide, from pre-development through project completion. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development process including due diligence, zoning, permitting, budgeting, and execution
• Collaborate with Investment Committee, Market Principals, and Construction Team
• Maintain accurate proformas and development schedules
• Oversee contractor coordination, procurement, and compliance
• Ensure alignment with leasing terms, investor goals, and operational handoff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Construction, or related field preferred)
• 6+ years in Ground up Industrial Real Estate Development and/or Construction
• Strong knowledge of permitting, entitlement, and construction processes
• Financial modeling and capital planning experience
