Manage all on-site construction activities for interior build-outs from mobilization through turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain project schedule and workflow. Maintain high standards for quality control, ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications. Lead daily site operations including scheduling, sequencing, and logistics in active/occupied environments. Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site. Conduct regular jobsite meetings with subcontractors and project teams. Collaborate closely with Project Managers on schedule updates, RFIs, change orders, and project reporting. Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. Ensure timely completion of punch lists, inspections, and final closeout.

The successful applicant will have 7-8+ years of construction experience, with a focus on commercial interiors. Proven experience working with a smaller general contractor, demonstrating full project ownership in the field. Strong background in restaurant, office, and/or medical build-outs. Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced interior schedules. Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishes, and sequencing for interior scopes. Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
