Our operations workforce is the heart and soul of our business. We are currently looking for an IT Finance & Integration Business Systems Product Lead.


Summary


Candidate should have a strong background in managing finance and accounting processes, extensive knowledge of large finance and accounting systems, and expertise in integration systems. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administration of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and managing both internal resources and third-party service providers. This position requires exceptional technical skills, project management abilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of financial systems administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration of finance and accounting systems.

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's financial systems, including large-scale platforms such as SAP, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, or similar systems.

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their requirements, translate them into system configurations and workflows, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Ensure the seamless integration of financial systems with other business systems, such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems, by leveraging integration technologies, middleware, and APIs.

  • Manage third-party service providers, including software vendors, consultants, and contractors, to ensure effective system implementation, upgrades, and support.

  • Develop and implement system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs, while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

  • Establish and enforce system administration best practices, including user access management, data security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor system performance, conduct performance tuning, and implement optimization strategies to ensure efficient and reliable operation of financial systems.

  • Coordinate and prioritize system-related projects, resources, and activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders regarding financial system capabilities, integration options, and best practices.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in financial systems, integration technologies, and regulatory requirements, and assess their potential impact on the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.

  • Train end-users on system functionality, processes, and best practices, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

  • Conduct regular audits, data validations, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Must have 7 years of experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. Relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Financial Systems Administrator or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing finance and accounting systems in a complex environment.

  • Strong knowledge of large finance and accounting systems, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

  • Extensive experience in managing finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, such as middleware, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and APIs.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing third-party service providers and consultants, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of administrators and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
