Summary

48forty seeks a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite and will be responsible for architecting, enabling, and supporting all services within the suite. This includes but is not limited to Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office 365, Teams, Defender for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect and Design: Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office 365, Teams, Defender for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and more.


• Enable Services: Enable and configure services within the Microsoft 365 suite to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.


• Support: Provide ongoing support for all Microsoft 365 services, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.


• Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect data across all Microsoft 365 services.


• Training: Train end-users and provide necessary documentation on the use of Microsoft 365 services.


• Updates and Maintenance: Stay current with Microsoft's latest updates and perform regular maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all services.


• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Microsoft 365 services

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.


• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and PowerShell.


• Experience with M365 security and compliance features.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
