We're seeking a motivated and creative Landscape Architect or Experienced Designer (5+ years) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in all phases of landscape design and installation. You will collaborate with clients and project managers to develop and execute innovative landscape solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

BLA Degree. Familiarity with professional standards, and landscape design practices
Ability to prepare site plans, landscape plans, and cost estimates for clients
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProLandscape or other professionally applicable software
Experience in the production of design development packages
Knowledgeable about plants and hardscape materials
Licensed / stamped architect, or a designer with a minimum of five years of experience in South Carolina.
Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

This position will work closely with our in-house design team to complete new construction landscape plans, enhancement landscape plans, redline plans, etc.
Landscape Architect/Designer will be required to attend on-site meetings with clients
Landscape Architect/Designer will be required to visit each property
Landscape Architect/Designer must be willing to learn and review all community guidelines and regulations as they relate to landscape requirements
