Chokanis Landscaping is a well-established (over 12 years) and growing landscaping and outdoor construction company specializing in _full-service landscape design, sod installation, concrete work, irrigation, outdoor lighting, and land clearing. _We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Foreman/Site Supervisor to lead our on-site operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. _ EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSTION. _

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to guide a crew in the field while also managing logistics and project details. This role is highly active and field-based - you'll work alongside the team daily while keeping jobs on schedule and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews on-site to complete landscaping, concrete, irrigation, and other outdoor construction projects.
Oversee daily project operations and ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Actively participate in hands-on tasks as needed, setting the pace and example for the crew.
Operate and oversee the safe use of heavy equipment (MT100, skid steer, excavator, etc.).
Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors, and workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.
Conduct regular quality checks and safety inspections on-site.
Track and submit project expenses with receipt packets.
Utilize Jobber software to log project notes, upload photos, and maintain detailed records of progress.
Support and train crew members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and productivity best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a foreman, crew leader, or site supervisor in landscaping, outdoor construction, or a related field.
Strong understanding of landscape installation, sod, concrete, grading, irrigation, and site prep practices.
Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery (MT100, skid steer, excavator, etc.).
Proficiency with project management software (Jobber required; Primavera experience is a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
