What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (framing, finish, or both)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and with a team
• Comfortable interacting with clients – you’ll represent our company
• Punctual, reliable, and drug-free

Bonus Skills (Desired, but not required)

• Heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
• Foreman or leadership experience

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Your own basic tools
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. regularly
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• High school diploma or GED preferred
