- Experience coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and project management regarding drawing revisions and field questions.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership of a jobsite.
You don't wait to be told what needs to be done-you anticipate the next step, solve problems before they escalate, and lead by example.
You enjoy building with your hands just as much as leading others. Whether you're installing finish trim, framing a wall, coordinating a delivery, answering a homeowner's question, or helping a crew member improve their technique, you take pride in delivering exceptional work and maintaining a professional, organized jobsite.
If you're passionate about craftsmanship, enjoy leading a team, communicate well with people, and want to build some of New York City's finest residential spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
