Focus on installation, repairs, and workmanship

Sales (Sales Role)
Run residential service calls as they come in
Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
Recommend and sell plumbing services, repairs, and system upgrades
Hand off sold jobs to the installer team

Installer and Sales (Max Earnings)
Run service calls from start to finish
Diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete the work
Maximize earnings through full-cycle commissions
