Portfolio consists of projects from $50M and up, and they have a strong pipeline going in to 2030. With the growth of their local pipeline, they are looking to build their field team. Job DescriptionSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timelines and financial objectives are achieved. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the quality of work. Resolve any on-site issues, including unforeseen challenges or conflicts, with a proactive approach. Communicate project updates and progress to project managers and other stakeholders regularly. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and inspection records.
