Hybrid MEP Project Manager

We are doing a search for our client a 60+ year old multi disciplinary professional consulting firm. They have offices all over NE & NY with 1,100 employees. They provide professional services in Civil, Structural, environmental, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (link removed)>
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Facilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.
Hybrid 3 days in office
