The Mechanical/MEP Project Manager will oversee all aspects of mechanical project execution in the construction department. This role requires strong organizational skills and MEP project management experience to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. This is a hybrid role with the PM expected to be on-site in Cherry Point NC 2 days per week and flexible to work hybrid for the remainder of the week. Description The MEP Project manager will be on-site in Cherry Point NC 2 days per week and flexible to work remote for the remainder of the week Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Oversee the procurement and allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project activities. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients. Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner Profile A successful MEP/Mechanical Project Manager should have: A strong understanding of construction project management within Mechanical project scopes Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with clients.
