Job Description

The MEP Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all field activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes. This individual will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and ownership to ensure seamless integration of systems throughout the project lifecycle. Client Details A well-established and growing construction management firm is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join its team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is critical to the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
