Description Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from start to finish. Supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards. Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Prepare and submit daily project reports and progress updates to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
