Earnings: Base + Uncapped Commission ($75K–$125K+ realistic first year)

We’re one of the fastest-growing construction staffing companies in the region, and we’re hiring a hunter-minded outside sales rep to grow our market. You’ll be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people—yesterday.
- Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents
- Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
- Closing new business and expanding current accounts
- Partnering with recruiters to ensure jobsite coverage and client satisfaction
- Managing a book of business and growing your territory
- Uncapped commissions + base pay = earnings that reflect your hustle

- 2+ years of B2B sales—staffing, construction, or trades-related sales preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED!
- You’re comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC’s trailer
- Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission
- Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms)
