Long established construction company seeks individual with five years minimum experience as a Journeyman Pipe Fitter, as related to the HVAC field, to work on construction projects located in Southern California, and predominately in San Diego County. In addition to the trade of pipe fitter, experience and willingness to perform other tasks related to HVAC systems, i.e. duct work, line sets, etc. is preferred. 

Ideal candidate will have five years experience as a Journeyman Pipe Fitter on previous construction projects.

We only perform work on Prevailing Wages projects, primarily military, but also institutional.

Typical construction projects are valued between $250,000 - $10,000,000, and last between two and sixteen months before moving onto the next project.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation by the Department of Homeland Security, and will require a current drivers license free of serious violations that could potentially prohibit access access to military bases.

Some projects may be located outside of San Diego County.
