Duties

• Transport equipment and supplies to job site using company truck and trailer.
• Lead and supervise concrete polishing crews, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan daily activities and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Oversee surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and sealing processes using advanced equipment such as grinders, vacuums, and diamond tooling.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards and company policies.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify surface smoothness, gloss levels, and overall finish quality.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage.
• Train and mentor team members on proper polishing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
