About the Position:


Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible to manage a branch location of the company, estimate, and manage projects for the company. This role is a leader in the company poised for growth, to be well compensated for their leadership and project based abilities.


Requirements:



  • 5+ years experience bidding and purchasing storefront and curtain wall projects.

  • Knowledge of glass and glazing products.

  • Knowledgeable with major aluminum systems including Oldcastle, Efco, and Tubelite.

  • Experience with purchasing storefront related products.

  • Ability to utilize estimating software such as GDS, PartnerPak or similar.

  • Ability to prepare submittals for approval.

  • Knowledge of doors and door hardware.

  • Successful track record of completed interior and exterior glazing projects.
