Anticipated Roles and Responsibilities
As a Prefab Project Manager for Wies Drywall your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:



  • A team player mentality, focused on fostering a positive team environment where every member is valued.

  • Communicate with the team, clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Manage multiple CFS (Cold Formed Steel) prefabrication projects simultaneously from initial planning through project completion.

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all components are designed and fabricated to meet project specifications and requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including scheduling, cost, and quality.

  • Ensure compliance with all project specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

  • Participate in providing input on proposals, estimates, RFI's, interviews, and contracts.

  • A proven skill set of Project Management and/or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (degree not required).

  • Ability to work in a opportunity focused environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing prefabrication projects, preferably using CFS components.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of CFS design and fabrication processes.

  • Understanding of project management software tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc).

  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

  • Revit knowledge is a plus.
