About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Director responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing a team while overseeing day-to-day project management operations from preconstruction to closeout. In addition, will be accountable for workload forecasting, team/project financial oversight, implementing company strategy, and ensuring client growth and relationships.

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience specific to managing people and/or projects.
• Knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, safety and building regulations, risk management, and quality standards.
• Healthcare or Sr. Living construction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction software systems, and technology.
