About the Position:
Hiring a Project Engineer responsible for assisting and supporting the Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and performing inspections at required intervals, including photo documentation of ongoing site progress. Create, distribute, review, and approve punch list items for assigned projects and coordinate the preparation of closeout documents.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is desired • 2+ years of High-End Residential experience or training; previous construction internship experience is preferred • Proficient at basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is beneficial
