Project Executive - Healthcare Construction

Job Title: Project Executive - Healthcare Construction Location: Milwaukee, WI area Company: The Boldt Company Anticipated Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000

In this role, you will drive new business through client relationship development with new and existing healthcare clients. You are responsible for executive level leadership and direct accountability for mid-to-large sized healthcare projects, serving as a trusted partner to owners while supporting and mentoring project teams. This is an operations-first, site-based role, focused on quality project execution, leading high performing teams, and delivering predictable outcomes. This is not a remote or strictly client?relations position.

You will oversee a mix of repeat work, renovations, capital projects, and large ground-up projects for long?standing healthcare and emerging healthcare clients, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, the field. Your presence, judgment, and leadership will provide stability, consistency, and confidence to both internal teams and external clients.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $195,000 annually. This range reflects anticipated base salary based on current market data. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, location, and other job?related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of construction experience with demonstrated healthcare project leadership
  • Proven success leading multiple project teams and holding accountability for outcomes
  • Experience working within active healthcare facilities, including renovation and phased work
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasts, profit levers, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop project leaders at various career stages
  • Collaborative leadership style rooted in humility, accountability, and integrity
  • Openness to learning the Boldt way of delivery while thoughtfully contributing past experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GMP, IPD, or collaborative delivery models
  • Mid-to large-scale healthcare capital project experience
  • Familiarity with Midwest healthcare markets
  • Prior experience helping scale or stabilize a growing operations team
