Compu Dynamics sits in the heart of one of the fastest growing data center markets in the country and is a recognized leader in that business. We are excited to be growing and have an immediate need for a Project Manager in Chantilly, VA, 1 opening in Dallas, TX and 1 opening in Atlanta, GA.

Essential Functions:

1. Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables
2. Negotiates contract agreements
3. Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses
4. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
5. Works closely with Sales in market to develop deeper relationships with our clients and partners.
6. Manages all aspects of the project using Procore.
7. Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to client’s concerns or questions.
8. Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need
9. Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients
10. Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
11. Drives throughout service area while following all local laws
12. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Required Education and Experience:

1. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry and or large commercial or industrial industry.
2. Strong understanding of project manager in construction of data center and or commercial or industrial industry
3. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore).

Preferred Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science or Architecture field
2. SCIF Construction experience a plus
3. Commercial general contractor experience
4. PMP Certification
5. Active Security Clearance a plus
