Senior Project Manager

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple construction restoration projects from start to finish.

Prepare and manage AlA applications and other project documentation.

Develop and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules to ensure project timelines are met.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and board members to ensure project success.

Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead project teams with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration.

Expertise in preparing CPM schedules and managing project timelines.

In-depth understanding of AlA applications and construction contracts.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging with engineers and board members.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
