About the Role

In this role, you will lead construction projects for residential and commercial properties. This role combines project management, customer service, leadership, and construction expertise. You will oversee projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
Prepare and submit accurate project estimates in a timely manner
Review budgets and work orders prior to project initiation
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress in the field
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
Achieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experience
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process

Required Qualifications

Experience in construction and construction project management
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
