Job Description Job Description Summary Our client is a well-established and highly respected electrical contracting firm based in Southern California (Santa Clarita, CA), specializing in commercial and industrial projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions, they are known for their commitment to safety, precision, and on-time project execution. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects. Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full project understanding and compliance
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Lead project meetings, including kickoff meetings, progress updates, and closeout discussions
Monitor project costs, track changes, and manage change orders effectively
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and client requirements
Procure materials and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Oversee field personnel and collaborate closely with Superintendents/Foremen
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial electrical contracting
