About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Estimator to join our client’s team in Sheboygan, WI. The Project Manager/Estimator will craft proposals, quantify plans, and develop schedules, all in the interest of managing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with customers, clients, and vendors


• Oversight of project scheduling and cost containment


• Regular communication with company leadership and mid-level management


• Ensuring all projects operate according to schedule and to maximum profitability, while maintaining rigorous safety standards


• Identifying opportunities for new business

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience in earthwork, underground utilities, and/or heavy highway construction


• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or commensurate experience


• Strong work ethic combined with exemplary leadership and communication skills


• In-depth knowledge of project management and estimating software
