Plan, execute, and finalize light industrial construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders. Proactively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reporting purposes.
