We are seeking a PM who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance
• Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule or budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when required
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities

• 310 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, food manufacturing, or institutional projects preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
