Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a PM who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance
- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule or budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when required
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities
Qualifications
- 310 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, food manufacturing, or institutional projects preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
