Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. Oversee procurement processes and ensure all materials and resources are available when needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project to ensure smooth progress. Profile A successful Project Manager - should have: Proven experience in project management within the construction or property industry, particularly in multifamily projects.
