Project Managers with School and CM@Risk experience projects a minimum of 20 million, must be able to run the job from the ground up. The Project Manager needs a BS in Construction Management or other related areas. Worked as a PM for 2-3 years or a Senior Superintendent ready for the next move to Project Manager who has done the job but is ready for the title and to move into the position.   CM@Risk with management is required, Florida experience is preferred but open to out-of-state as long as they have the experience and learn the Florida codes.

This position starts at around $145K +Bonus, Car allowance, phone, benefits, 401K
