Job Description
Lead and manage water and wastewater construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
A successful Project Manager- Water Waste Water-ESOP- Hybrid should have: Experience managing construction projects in the water and wastewater sector. Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
