A manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Technician to join their team!
This company has been in business for over 50 years. They manufacture and distribute a wide range of pipe products for the waterworks and wastewater industries- all made here in the US! The company prides itself on its products' quality and ability to quickly meet requirements for its customer's custom designs.

Quality Technician Job Duties :
Inspecting and verifying parts, including dimensional checks, welds, finishes, markings, and component configurations, typically using visual inspection and simple tools
Reviewing material test reports (MTRs) and confirming they meet required standards
Conducting basic root cause analysis for materials and collaborating with Engineering and Purchasing
Utilizing Oracle materials management software to electronically record and track materials
Performing weekly process audits in various production departments and creating audit reports
Operating reach truck forklift to access larger parts - they will provide training!
Quality Technician I Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role involving quality checking
Experience with print reading, defect recognition, and finishing
Proficiency with tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and digital indicators
Strong communication, computer, and mathematical skills
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
