We are seeking a motivated and organized Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects within a growing restoration company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational organization, and the ability to manage reconstruction projects from estimate through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish


• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, materials, and project timelines


• Review and create estimates using Xactimate


• Communicate directly with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and insurance carriers


• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met


• Oversee project documentation, supplements, change orders, and job updates


• Maintain strong customer communication throughout the reconstruction process


• Collaborate closely with mitigation teams, estimators, and operations leadership


• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards


• Assist with budgeting, project profitability, and production scheduling

• 25 years of construction, reconstruction, or restoration industry experience


• Xactimate experience strongly preferred


• Residential and light commercial project experience preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing


• Strong customer service and relationship management skills


• Experience working with insurance-related reconstruction projects is a plus


• Valid drivers license required
