Responsibilities:

• Distribute regional field organization and driving operational excellence across the assigned offices.


• Implement strong growth across existing and future acquired branches.


• Providing PnL oversight and responsibility for each geographical region / office.


• Support and execute the companys short term and long term strategic plans.


• Key focus areas will be driving rigorous systems and processes, identifying and executing on initiatives to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.


• Must have exceptional customer experience, and employee safety and development.


• Implement company values daily, serving as a cultural steward for the business internally and externally.


• Report to COO.


• Managing 5-8 Branch Managers that report to you.


• The position is remote based, however located within the region of responsibility with quick and efficient ability to visit offices.

The candidate selected for the position of Regional Vice President of Operations must have strong Operational experience in the restoration industry.

• This position is remote with the ability to TRAVEL 50-75% of the time to office locations (East Coast).


• Previous PnL, Management, and Operational experience in the restoration industry.


• Ideal candidate would have 15+ years in a Senior Leadership / Operations role within the restoration industry.


• Solid working knowledge of multiple functional disciplines.


• Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills.


• Superior communication, both oral and written, cooperation, and organizational skills.


• Self-starter and problem-solver strong plus.

Benefits:

• Base Salary $175-200k
