About the Position:

We are looking for a high-performing regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of building and managing a world-class sales organization. The Regional Sales Manager will manage and oversee a regional sales operation for our organization. The position requires accountability for responsibilities to include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, critical thinking, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve our financial targets and company goals. The Regional Sales Manager's duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends. He or she will lead the Regional Sales Team by implementing continuing education and training in sales practices and techniques, features and benefits of our current products, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.


• Minimum 5 years experience managing a high-performing sales team
• Ability to write a sales plan for the territory year to year
• Successfully position products against competitors
• Articulate distinct aspects of the products and services
• develop Regional Teams. Comfortable hiring and training
• Must be based in Pacific or Mountain time zones
