Job Description We are looking for a reliable and motivated Residential Window Installer Helper to join our team in Missoula, MT. This is an entry-level position-ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction.
As a helper, you will work directly with an experienced window installer, assisting with the installation of residential windows and ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities
Assist lead installer with residential window installations
Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
Prepare work areas and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Follow instructions and safety guidelines
Support general construction-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
